We have a LOT in common! Abandoning trying to be "perfect" is what has allowed me to lose my weight as well. Just doing BETTER than you have done in the past will give results and motivate for the next steps! Great job, I commend you!

I sneak in a lollipop. I still have some candy cane tootsie roll ones from X-mas. 60 calories, lasts forever, and is still a special treat!

I'm 5'4" looking to lose about 38 lbs total from my current weight. I'd really love to kick my weight loss up a notch in the few months coming up. I have a family get together in July and that is giving me some motivation! Anyone in the same boat, feel free to friend me! -Jill. :)

I LOVE this thread. -Last measurements at around 170 Bust - 43.1 Waist - 34.7 Hips - 38 Thigh - 23.9 (My WAIST used to be 25", LOL!) Calf - 14.8 Goal Weight anywhere from 120-135ish. Depends on BF%
