  • Hi Girls, I'm due 29th July. I haven't been able to exercise at all in my first trimester but am strapping on my trainers today and drawing a line! I've put on about 14 pounds at 17 weeks, so hoping to slow the weight gain and start making wiser food choices now I don't feel sick all the time! xxx
  • Hello :) I'm 5'7 and currently at 155. I got down to 143 from 199 after pregnancy, but since giving up breastfeeding have put on 12lbs. Boo! Just started running 3/4 times a week and generally eat healthily , but my weekends tend to let me down!!
