Count me in, perfect way for me to get back into running!

I recently got advised to have 5-6 mini meals a day to prevent your body from going into "starvation" mode where it holds on to the fat stores to protect itself. I was told you should take your daily target calorie intake and divide by 6 and have a good balance of carbs and protein.
