Now.. so I try to have a sweet piece of fruit like a strawberry, raspberries, tangerines to take care of that craving. Coffee helps as well...drinking mine right now & lots of water :happy:

I love Cottage Cheese with Blueberries or Raspberries, I eat it daily...great source of protein!! :love:

I do the exact same thing but I also use the app on my Android phone, MapmyRide to calculate the distance. I use the heart monitor in my everyday workouts so I just added the app to my phone to get the complete total. My heart monitor was $35 on Amazon & I love it!!

I had the same problem after starting a exercise routine, after 6 wks I should have had ALL kinds of energy but had NONE. My Trainer recommended a book for me to read, I did & follow like a Bible, it worked & is working for me daily. It's Eating for Life written by Bill Phillips, the same Author that wrote Body for Life.…

It can happen, it did for me. I swore I was not going to exercise for the first year & I didn't. I lost 82 lbs. just on a low carb diet (Type 2 Diabetic). It takes a while but it will happen, I still have a small portion of mine but am getting there. It's one of those things that when it happens you will just sigh in relief & know that you did it with all of YOUR hard work!! Best of luck to you with your journey 8)

My Trainer recommended 120-130g per day - I am 5'3" 109 lbs, work out 6 days a week, 3 days Cardio with 3 days of Resistance...trying to build muscle & have good results with that amount.

I agree 100% with this, I have friends at the Gym that have Trainers that really don't care about their clients. I have been complimented several times at the Gym and they always ask what I did to get where I am at. You should tell her it makes you feel great to know that you could be someone else's inspiration!!
