In one program I did, we called that "fluff". Weight that is gained over a bad weekend, or a couple bad days. If you go back on plan before it "sticks" it will be off again in a few days. Promise! Don't beat yourself up, as that makes it harder to do the "right" thing. Just get positive again and watch it disappear.

Also new to the site. I know keeping the food diary is such an important key. I want to be diligent about that. I like the way it tells you that if you did everyday like you did today, you would weight X amount in 5 weeks. Very realistic goals that way. And I believe if you step up your exercise, it recalibrates the amount…
