I’m in. I’ve just stared a Keto-adjacent program. Trying to stay under 100 g of carbs this week and continue to lower it as I get better at managing the program. What do you say? Buddies?

Nikoruo, and many other poster are right on. Try to include some weight training into your routine that and healthy eating will help you obtain the lean but fit look you want. Good luck!
