You can also freeze banana's. Just remove them from the skin, cut them up and freeze. I do this with no problem because I use them in smoothies all the time.

Great job and you look great! I agree that you body has gotten settled in your routine, you have to switch it up to something you haven't done. Don't be down look up and get tough again. Trick your body and you'll get right back to losing. Keep smiling you have done an excellent job:-)
