Hello Everyone! My name is Tara and I'm new to this group. After constant health battles, I'm going all in. Must get the weight off and work to keep it off. I'm walking and doing 10,000 steps a day and loving it. Waiting for the weather to change so I can get back on my bike! I have so much work to do on my body:-)
