Google skin brushing. Apparently it takes a while but people say it works. There are also YouTube videos showing how to do it properly.

Eat chocolate if you want chocolate. I buy the Hershey's Special Dark mini bars...40 calories max and just great as a treat. You can put it as a garnish on frozen yogurt, too.

I workout out in the morning as well. I always have oatmeal first and a protein shake after.

I have the Nike+ Sportband and only use it for running. Website is good to track progress (achievements, badges, etc)

Goal: 3,500 Monday: 517 (softball) Tuesday: 618 (softball and 30 minute bike ride) Wednesday: 456 (softball) Thursday: 599 (soccer) Friday: 609 (hour bike ride and 17 minutes of running) Saturday: 170 (13 minute run) Sunday: 947 (2 hour bike ride and 20 minutes of 30DS) Total: 3,916! Woot!
