This is a totally confusing thread! Lol my calories for the day is set by mfp. At 1330..I try to stay at that number regardless. I may Eat back a few of my exercise calories, but not all of them.

Coffee almost always..with one egg, one piece of vaccine or livermush, anyday piece of wheat toast. Or coffee and some fruit. Or coffee (lol) and special k cereal with fruit. These are what I eat most days.

I try to know head what I'm going to eat and plan for those calories. I known breakfast is x amount, lunch is x amount..and so on. I don't eat back my exercise calories. If I have a special occasion. I allow myself one cheat day a week. I keep it sensible tho. I also don't eat back my exercise calories, to me that's peddling backwards. If I have an off day and go over I just get back on track the next day. As long as its not a every other day occurrence, I wouldn't fret. Just acknowledge your day and get back on track…

I was in Walmart and JC Penney's. And they both have really cute active wear!! And really affordable too! Penney's had caparisoned and tees for $12, Walmart had shorts $6.96

I've only viewed a few days of your diary, but I would recommend reducing your calories and drink more water, stick to home cooked foods of veggies, lean meats and grains. I Like the Danskin brand from Walmart ..it comes in xxl and in plus. They have tops, bottoms, tanks, tees, and jackets. I also like JC. Penney, they have cute active wear for plus.

I'm an apple as well. No hips, no butt, small boobs and all belly...that's how I feel anyway. But its all good!! I'm just want to be healthy. Time to learn self love. Its hard but so worth it.
