Okay, so don't get mad at me, (lol) but as a relative newbie, what IS the deal with EM2WL? I've been looking at their stuff, and some of it makes sense, but I don't know enough about the science of exercise and nutrition to really know what's what.

Yes, indeed! Most soft, chèvre-style goat cheese is only 50 calories per ounce, which is a lot lower than other cheeses! Yum!
