Thanks. I will start using the food diary again. I always seem to go over my protein or carbs. I'm never right on point with all of them. Today is a new day. My goal is to track for five days in a row, with good food and exercise log entries. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks! Sometimes, I would make a little smoothie in the mornings to change up my breakfast routine. I can make one to have with supper to finish out my daily calories. I just never thought about drinking the remainder of my calories. Thank you so much.

I'm a little disheartened and mad at myself because I've gained 1.8 pounds since the beginning of the month. Now, I haven't been tracking my food on the site, but I was trying to track on paper and in my head. One of my problems is that I can't eat enough to make my daily calories. Okay, I'll mention it again in Phase 2. I do understand your concerns about the expense of traveling these days. The possibility of some of us getting together in one year gives me something to look forward to and to work towards. :smile:

Edwin, What can I say? Your story is truly inspiring. I was feeling bad because I stopped exercising two months ago and gained back 7 of the 23 I'd lost. Oh but now, since I've read your blog I feel so inspired to get back on track. Thank you for sharing your story with us.

My starting weight is 182.1 Phase 1 goal: lose14 lbs. Phase 2 goal: lose 12 ibs. Phase 3 goal: lose 10 lbs. Phase 4 goal: to be at my target weight of 137 lbs.

I usually make a smoothie. The ingredients sometimes vary, but this is my new favorite. 1 med banana 1 scoop of Chocolate Whey protein powder 1.5 cups of Vanilla almond milk (sweetened) 2 ounces of natural vanilla yogurt 3/4 cup of crushed ice I just blend all the ingredients and pour into my cup and drink it on the drive…
