I'm going to keep this simple, I have been stuck with the same 5 pound loss then gain for a long time so I'm going to make sure I keep at my calorie goal and not go over, along with doing my C25K program I started over a week ago and get under 135 pound mark (137 right now) that I haven't seen in like 2 years!!

If you have lots you can grate them up and put them in freezer bags and freeze it for later!!

I remember being told in weight training that fat is just along for the ride!! lol do cardio and burn that fat down, no target fat loss! Good Luck

I love my kitchen ninja, cheaper than vitamix, they make different models, I love my to go cups, try a magic bullet!

With our garden in full swing, I like to slice zucchini and summer squash and onion, along with mushrooms and a few pieces of cubed potato and stir fry and throw that on top of chicken breast, grilled or skillet cooked, add a little bbq or any other flavors of sauces, very good!!

lots of cucumbers in vinegar/water and tomatoes with cottage cheese and salt and pepper! Fresh from my huge garden! Very rewarding to sit down at dinner and 3/4 of your plate is from your own garden.
