I have the same problem, tho not burning but pressure-pain. I decided it was acid reflux, too; my doctor said maybe so and gave me some medicine which seems to help.

Thank you for your reply! So in your example, the "eat your exercise calories" advocates would say to eat the 300 calories burned, in addition to the 1100 already eaten. But what then about the 200 remaining calories? Would they say to eat all of those too?

Does "eat exercise calories" mean the same thing as eating whatever calories are shown as "Remaining"?

I feel very dense but does "eat your exercise calories" mean that I should eat up all the "Remaining" calories?

I am but find that sometimes the Fitbit syncs with MFP and sometimes doesn't -- like today, none of the exercise I did on the treadmill was automatically entered on MFP but yesterday it was.
