SO LAST NIGHT I TRIED TO JOG DID ABOUT 15 STEPS AND FELT A POP IN MY KNEE WITH A SHARP PAIN GUESS IM NOT READY I DID WARM UP WITH WALKING FIRST IM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP JUST GOING TO HEAL MY KNEE THEN TRY AGAIN CAUSE I REALLY WANT TO DO THIS:happy: :flowerforyou:

lots of sodium in pizza sounds like water weight i hate getting slapped in the face like that drink lots of water today and flush it out

ive got the same issue but i push thru the pain cause the more i move them the better they feel i just do low impact on my cardio videos sometimes you have to modify to what feels better for you

i so agree the you here the scale has not been nice to me at all been at this for almost 2 months and have onlt lost 4 pounds but i feel my clothes getting bigger and i mesure myself to get a little boost
