Try switching the exercise? Your body can concentrate more if you do the weights first. Also try 10-12 reps with a heavier load. And lots of water :)

First off, congratulations to you for 600 days! Second, if you feel like you are starting at square one, go with the tried and true method of doing things you love. Exercise goes from that point :) Fantastic job!

Right before mine,I always crave salty stuff... Which makes me cramp like a mo fo later on... Honestly, the thing that helps me most is hot flavoured teas.

Since my family doesn't have a TV, I get the DVDs and run them on my laptop. Which as someone already mentioned just means that you have to readjust when going up or down, and the volume sometimes sucks. But it can work:)

I'm willing to join! I checked it out from the library and plan to buy weights after I get paid this week. Going at it every day in addition to walking and elliptical ;) I've got high hopes since I've never tried changing diet AND adding exercise!
