Thanks, right now my push-ups are in the higher range and the sit-ups are in the low range. Its weird that the feet have to be held down during sit-ups for PT tests. I will certainly try a few weeks of decline sit-ups! :flowerforyou:

hey, so I do have to perform PT tests. Whats the best way to increase my sit-up count? More deadlifts, squats, planks?

I haven't eaten it yet, but I've got a cup of black coffee and an oatmeal pie (with the delicious creamy filling) sitting right beside me. Although, come to think of it, several days ago I ate two donuts and my stomach still hasn't completely forgiven me.

Honestly, I love going to the gym by myself. I attend group classes often, and people will talk about their day and are very friendly.

Absolutely have heard this before! People don't believe me when I say I'm not at an acceptable weight for the air force, and then try to cover their mistake by saying it must all be muscle (not the case, believe me!)

try focusing on your butt going back while keeping your chest high? I also learned squats doing JM 30 DS

Yay for everybody! I really like this workout and it always seems to produce good results :) My best motivation is being able to follow Natalie (sp?) through a set. DOMS is helped by stretching or mild cardio like walking. Cheers, best of luck to you during this workout :flowerforyou:

For measuments, I lost almost 2" off my bust, 3.5" off my waist, an inch from my thighs, and actually increased my hip measument (I measure right across my butt, so I guess the squats are responsible for that). 1) many people seem to advocate a heart rate monitor, the data produced is then input into your own exercise database 2) multiple online zumba calculators exist, find several and make an average of the numbers produced 3) it might could be logged as calisthenics (sp?)

The BeFit channel has several trainers. I started using Jillian Michael's stuff on there since my DVD had a terrible accident :laugh: There are lots of negative Nancy's on the comments though, so I try not to read them before I work out
