Elliptical and jogging?

ok, so I checked the forums, and couldn't find an answer to whether jogging alternating with elliptical would be detrimental to health? Alternating days, of course. Anyone with suggestions, opinions (haha) or general helpful tips I would greatly appreciate your input.:flowerforyou:

    As long as you are eating enough I don't think it would harm you.

    I see no reason why switching from elliptical and jogging would be detrimental.
    Every time I do my cardio I always start off with 30 mins of jogging then switch to 15 mins of elliptical. Helps me stretch out my muscles from my run.
    I've been doing that for the last 5 months and have had no problems.

    In my opinion it is fine and I do it all the time. My body responds well to when I mix up exercises (including cardio), so I don't think there is any harm at all in doing it. Keep up the good work!

    Thanks very much for the replies. My goal is to improve stamina, so will give them both a trial run for a few weeks :) thanks again
