  • I like the Lean Cuisines best flavor-wise. I don't eat them every day but definitely a good go-to once in a while. They have new ones that steam in a bag. They're pretty tasty. As far as good recipes, if you google Heather's recipes you'll get to a great site with good healthy simple recipes. Blessings...

  • I don't know for sure but it doesn't seem like it should matter because it will calculate your calories burned according to your speed and your weight - regardless of what it is called.
