well you came to the right place. I got away for awhile but I came back. Not only the daily way to keep track of your food and exercise but the support is great. If people out there want to be my friend I would be thrilled. Hang in there everyone !!!!

you mentioned that you dont want to bring fruit- but lately I have been adding fruit to my salad..for example I love Mandarin oranges in my salad with spinach leaves, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, etc. I use a fat free raspberry vinegarette dressing

I totally agree with everyone's advise. It is easy for me to say..sometimes I am so hard on myself. Once you binge - wipe yourself off and start again. I try to drink more water. Just as long as your binge doesnt go in 2...3...4 days. You will be fine- dont beat yourself up. As far as coffee...I need it every morning to…

I agree with everyone- it is the best that I have seen. It takes a little bit to get used to- the name that you are looking for you may have to search a little bit- but once you find it..you are set good luck

something I use is tomatoes on my sandwich instead of cheese. Sometimes if you pack on juciy tomatoes- you wont even miss the mustard and mayo. Just try it- it is pretty tasty. Good Luck

dont worry about it- you know it will come off- just think positive I kn ow it is hard sometimes I struggle with my weight everyday but I come here everyday to get support from everyone that is going through the same thing

You are better off making it yourself- get a boboli pizza shell and fill it with all sorts of veggies and turkey pepperoni and low fat cheese- pretty yummy
