I gave up coffee 5 months ago to help with high blood pressure. It was tough the first few days just because I loved it so much. Now, I only drink water and I actually have more energy, perhaps because I sleep better at night. If I have a sip now, it makes me nauseous. You'll do fine. Just drink lots of water.

Don't know about the bread, but I put it on my oatmeal every morning. The oatmeal has helped my glucose levels. I love Chia seeds. You can't taste them, but they do give you energy. You wouldn't want to eat them late at night, or at least I can't. I would also start off with a small amount - 1 tsp and build up. I'm only…
