Here is an article from Health Magazine: http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20620968,00.html Actually, they do mention spicey foods. I've read that before. Not sure how much of a difference it makes though.

You might check out Crohn's disease. The rash is a telling sign.

You might try going lower carb - say between 50-75 carbs per day. Lay off the alcohol, sugar and potatoes for awhile and see if it helps. Just an idea...
