See!? It use to not be a problem...while still a bad habit, I use to ignore dessert in favor of another helping of something savoury. But now...oh no, it has to be sweet. Thanks, wife's awesomely sweet family who run a cake business and bake cinnamon bread in their free time!

I have the same problem as well. Sometimes I will be knee deep into eating a huge meal before I even realize it. It was just a habit for so long to eat what I wanted when I wanted. Oh, it's definitely because I like it. But I will find something constructive to do instead. Something cheaper, too, good scotch is not cheap!

I'm use to having a small scotch every night, but while it is not that caloric, it might be keeping me from doing some things that would be healthier to do instead. What would a good replacement be? Instead of drinking scotch do situps? That would be...well...depressing.
