I agree. My weight loss journey started way before I was even engaged, I just know that I have a specific goal in mind by my wedding date. Good luck and congrats to you!

I think one of my problem is that my hair is in the middle stage. Its not really long or short right now. I am currently rocking a wash no go, which is okay but its cold and my head is wet from styling.

Thats how I feel...LOL I have to throw a headband on it...hahaha

I love a simple low carb wheat wrap with fresh turkey, cheese, a handful of bag salad and mustard....you can be creative with the toppings as well. Occasionally I will add hot red peppers or honey mustard...yummo !!
