  • Another difficult thing about eating once per day is just getting the amount of calories that you actually need to in one meal. I do Leangains, where my macros are split 35/65 on training days (the 65% is after my training) and 50/50 on rest days.
  • If you're going to lift there's no better time than now to begin.
