YES! I have lost 26 pounds in 65 days with little to no exercise. I maybe go on a hike or Zumba once a week. I watch what I eat, portion size, no soda, limit white grains. I also do a green smoothie in the morning Monday - Friday. I feel a lot better.

It's about eating the RIGHT foods and not the wrong ones. You can eat all you want in fruits and veggies.
