I just finished P90x week 9 of round one ( lean program ) 4 more weeks to finish then I plan to do p90x Classic. My starting weight was 240 and I am now 214, looking great and feeling great. I think that if I can do it then anyone can.

My friend and I have been following the fitness pal guide and adding exercise. Then we just eat the difference each day minus 200-400 calories each day. I have gone from 250 to 218 from Oct 10 to today. He started at 222 and is now 178
