It's happened to me and my trainer said there wer a number of reason for this. I could be dehydrated or I could have eaten too soon to working and/or have eaten the wrong food. You really need to eat more food. You could be doing more harm than good/. Try adding some protein to your meals - you will really help your body. Kristine

insert head slap here. Your muscles don't grow by working out, they grow and become stonger by reapiring thmselves and they can't repair unless you give them the rest they deserve. Take your rest day and revill in the fact that you are getting stronger because of it.
