I'm 5'4" and have put down a goal of 20 pounds to lose. I'll evaluate that as I lose a few pounds and get fitter. Nothing is written in stone. I just want to look and feel healthy. Kristine

I said I wanted to lose 20 pounds but, I'll see how I feel when I lose 10 or 15. If I feel good, I'll work on maintaining and getting fitter. I think it all about how YOU feel.

I am on the 1200 calories as well. I decided to not worry so much about my calories but the choices I make. I get more fresh fruit and veggies in and I feel good about it. If I go over 1200 I am ok with it. I didn't get fat eating carrots

I ended up gaining more weight. So, like you, I have 20 pounds to lose. I found pilates quite hard on my neck. Yoga was good as long as I was…

I gained a bunch more. I eat pretty well and I walk a lot. I can't seem to get the weight to come off. I am 5'4" 52 years old…

Your stories are amazing and inspirational. Thank youall for being brutally honest. I quit smoking 29 months ago and while I only gained 8 pounds the first year, this past yearand a half has seen me sidelined with illness. I had always been active before and never really had a weight problem. When I wasn't able to do…

I have oatmeal pretty much every day. I find it keeps me full longer and I end up eating less for the rest of the day so, for me it balances out.
