Hey, you are realy hard on yourself, I have an addiction to alcohol, and go to AA, so I have been sober a long time. I put everything I eat in. It helps me to know how much I binged on. And it helps me be accountable for what I am eating. When I see the calories in RED I just know I need to do better the next day!
