  • If not today, this gets made tomorrow!
  • I love anything pumpkin and will have to try this soon!
  • One of the gym trainers fussed at me for running on a treadmill vs. outside. Oh, because running in 105 degree weather right now is better than on the treadmill?!? Pffftttt.
  • I'm in, but already dread the 4th!
  • Not directly related, but the bagger at the grocery store asked me if I had enough muscle to get the 35lb bin of cat litter into my car. REALLY DUDE? 35 lbs isn't that big of a deal and you didn't just see me lug it around the store and up onto the counter?!?
  • Lol, so true!
  • 1) People who won't get off the phone on the treadmills, etc.-I can't avoid hearing the details of all your latest drama and I do not want to go there. 2) Women who won't let go of their ginormous purses (we have free lockers ladies!) and drag them to aerobics, around the weights, and so on.
  • Wow, made these already and they are good! I used almond flour and added a scoop of unflavored whey protein too. Yum!
  • Sounds good and will be making these soon!
  • I've tried this recipe before and it didn't hold together well/got stuck in the pan. I did line the pan with foil. Any hints as to what I may have done wrong? This sounds so good I want to try again!
  • I'm in a similar situation myself. I kicked butt on the treadmill with C5K and am now scaling back to do trail runs-only 1.5 miles to start with since it is HILLY and have worked up to 2- 2.5 miles per run with a goal of 3 eventually. Slow, slow, steady progress is my mantra!
  • Thanks for the breakdown of info.!
  • Harry Potter (the Kitten Who Lived-we didn't expect him to) and Oreo. ;)
  • I would love to know as well. Started off today right, then somebody brought in apple pie at work, there goes two pieces and ice cream too. We'll see how tomorrow goes I guess.
  • Does anybody have any protein supplement brand recommendations that do not have artificial sweeteners? I can taste them in almost everything and they make me a little nauseous too, as does stevia. Thanks!
  • Not the most fun option, but if you have to go to physical therapy, they will give you loooong lists of things to do every 1-2 days. I have patellar tendonitis in one knee and have about 4 pages of exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles that help stabilize the knee as well as lots of stretching for daily workouts…
  • The doctor that developed the Eat to Live plan was involved in the documentary 'Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead', which I highly recommend. Seeing how diet affected SO many things in these two guy's lives was amazing.
  • Bump for later. Thanks to all who contributed sites!

  • I just got a jar of the regular as well as the chocolate from Amazon. Based on reviews, I wasn't expecting too much. Wow, for what it is, this stuff is great! I made on the the "mug cakes" with 2 Tbsp of the chocolate thrown in and it was amazing. Glad I got this stuff!
  • This is a topic I'm struggling with tonight. Why do I feel so frantic when I barely start feeling hungry and then ignore my 'stuffed beyond belief' sensation after a binge? My anxiety is off the charts-first from increasing problems with binging and second from the backlash I get from people around me as I try to seek…
