I've been harassed by a dog while walking and now it even shows up in MY yard on its own when I haven't been out all day. I'm seriously thinking about attaching a note to his collar letting the owners know their dog will be home in 2-3 days after he has been professionally neutered. ;-)

I'll probably be forever alone because I'm really happy without a SO and can't stand the idea of living with anybody ever again. Maybe a hot neighbor will move in someday and we can happily maintain separate houses :tongue:

Refrigerator oatmeal mixed with fruit and protein powder. Super fast, easy, and cheap! I too am on a quinoa kick-there are some great recipes for baked quinoa puddings as a dessert!

I found the easiest repipe today and it was great! It was a milkshake-like consistency and tasted like dessert. 4oz soy milk 1 frozen banana 1 scoop Nature's Plus cookies and cream whey protein powder

Me=5 Binge=2 (7/4, 7/7-both in social/party situations). I can't handle this type of open/free for all food at get togethers! Even trying to eat before going doesn't help.

Anybody have any recommendations for one without artificial sweeteners OR stevia? They both taste terrible to me!
