I don't know about in the US but if you have a school counsellor you can talk to about your weight and getting some exercise. I know it's hard to exercise in "public" when you're large, (was for me) as I felt so insecure, but I'm sure your school will help you, even if it's an after school group/class. It's worth asking.

Maybe lay off the weights and use a resistance band instead, it'll tone without building muscle.
