Thank you both so much for your replies. I will ease myself in, I do hope this isn’t just a phase or a novelty. I want to lose weight to look better but also for my health. I quit smoking in July and gained quite a bit of timber over the summer. Tacklewasher- your loss is amazing! I hope I can do the same :)

I just bought the vitamins as a top up really, no real health reason, I just guessed they can do no harm and if they do any good then it's a bonus. Was just curious really..... :ohwell:

It took me 1 year to lose 100 pounds. Gained 25 back so here I am getting rid of them before I really do fall down that slippery slope :)

I'm eating like a normally would. I do more exercise than just the shred so I do eat back some of my calories. I try and eat back no more than 50% but Iif I do I don't worry.
