  • Thank you all so much. That was my feeling too. I am only 5'2" and I am not over by much, high side BMI for my height is 24 and I am 26.5, so not that far off, but enough to bother me. But I have come leaps and bounds, so I am happy with my progress.

  • week 2 for me, and did level 2 for the second time, i have decided to finish this week on level 2 and then a week on level 1 then a week on level 3. i may want to kill myself afterwards, but at least i am pushing myself! I love how i feel after i am done!

  • as long as you consume your minimum calories for the day, you don't have to eat back all that you work off. the system is set up to start you off with a defecit and if you work off more then that is even better for you.
