I have the Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD..which has 3 workouts...Also Bob's Super Burn. Both really good and if the internet is to be trusted, provides killer burn. I dont have an HRM yet, so I dunno the truth about the burns..But I have to tell you, you are drenched in sweat by the time you are done with the workout..

Ok..but what if it is a deep fry? and you add in like half a cup of oil. After frying, you still end up with almost on all oil in the pan, so won't it like throw the calorie count out of the window if I add half cup of oil to the recipe?

No no no..push through..the 30 DS has done so much for me. Agreed it not so much a weightloss workout as an inch loss workout but boy, it tones you up.
