After thinking, "Hey, this isn't so bad!" after Day 1... I now take it back! I'm doing 30DS before work in the mornings and then my regular nightly workout as well. At least, I was. Before I started this venture on Oct 1, I was drinking 3-4 cans of Mtn Dew and 2-3 cans of Dr Pepper a day. I went the first week cold turkey. I'm still new to all of this and definitely still learning, but I love them. I carry one for lunch everyday. They taste great, have a pretty good variety, and cost much less than what I used to spend eating out everyday.
