I have managed to squeeze in about a mile these past two days. Manning the ship solo since Thursday so "ME" time has been a little scarce. Mid-week next week will be better as I will be done with school and my man will be back in town. Looking forward to the no school as that will free up some evenings for me. :happy: Good…

I went to the nutritionist again today so I will go through my handouts and post some info in the next couple of days. Grains, sweet veggies, and circle of life is the focus. Turning 36 last year was not so bad (I'll be 37 come June) however from 30 to about 34 I was feeling pretty out of my element. For a woman I think the late 20's, early 30's can be rough but now that I am on the other side of mid 30's I am feeling pretty confident in myself. Jo
