  • I had to stop listening to Dark Horse. It was played way too much and I got burned out quick. Timber and Burn are both great songs. I will have to check out the Bruno Mars ones since I have never heard of them.

  • I found a 24 day challenge on Pinterest (I know, Pinterest. lol) that I started last night. You do crunches, leg raises and planks adding more reps with each passing day. The first day is 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, and a 10 sec plank. Man, that plank was hard. O.o It got me thinking about 2 challenges I did a while back…
