Im 18 and discovered I had a Tree Nut allergy about two years ago ( I blame hormonal changes). I live in the south and if you know anything about it they love to cook or bake with tree nuts. Its been a process to learn how to live with out them. I always ask about any baked goods if there are nuts. You would be surprised…
