Weekdays: Muuna cottage cheese and fruit - usually berries of some kind Overnight oatmeal with banana and Peanut Butter powder (Quest) Siggi yogurt with berries and walnuts Weekends: Eggs with cheese, spinach and other assorted veggies Banana oatmeal pancakes

Love my Apple Watch. Had multiple Fitbits. Many lasted less than a year. Love the concepts for Moving, Exercise and Standing. Simple to monitor and don’t need my phone with me all of the time. I find I’m more active and definitely getting more out of it.
