  • Is this a digital scale that you are using? I've had scales do this too. Although getting a smaller number on the scale is good, don't be too bogged down in the exact number. Sometimes it takes a couple weeks of eating right and working out to see the number get a lot smaller!
  • I loooove sweet potatoes. My favorite is fried but that isn't especially diet food. If you fry them in olive oil they aren't as bad for you. And I put chipotle and seasoning salt on them. Or put baking them in the microwave with those seasonings is good too.
  • I didn't bother reading everyone else's responses but I read your whole original post. Have you had your thyroid checked and hormone levels? Since you had an infection, it could have thrown off other things in your body. Both of those things can really mess up your ability to loose weight even if you are doing everything…
