  • I'd do the tummy tuck, but it's a last resort. I have four kids to put through college :)
  • I heard it helps by tightening the skin. I actually looked at it on a couple different sites (can't remember which ones, but I think one may have been Livestrong), and it says to use it at night because it has a skin tightening agent in it.

  • I just signed up today and DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL!! It's confusing and weird.
  • I started 30DS 12 days ago. I was supposed to start Level 2 yesterday, but you know what, I was feeling like my body needed a rest from it, so I took a rest day. It does get easier. By Day 4 I was noticing my endurance was increasing and I was able to do regular pushups.
