I love Body pump and do it 2/3 times a week. If you start the class - please measure your body! Dont just rely on the scales. I really lost inches but the scales hardly moved when I started and it was a bit disheartening! After a few weeks when I started (after mornings where I could hardly move) I managed to up my weights…

I love Body Pump! The pain after the sessions for the first few weeks is more than worth it - I have lost 9% body fat from doing one session a week, 2 gym sessions and calorie watching. I type in 'Body pump' and it comes up - around 400 cals an hour.
