I want to be at around 150 by June, when I celebrate my 44th birthday.

Congrats to the OP for losing the weight! If 1200 calories is working for you and you don't feel hungry, I fail to see what the problem is. I'm really tall and work out at least an hour a day, high intensity cardio, so I could not get by on 1200 calories.

erinpooh/Erin Goal weight on Jan 31: 158 1/1: 163 1/7: 159.8 1/14: 160.4 (water retention!) 1/21: ??--will be travelling overseas. 1/28: 167.8 (water gain from trip overseas) 1/31: Believe it or not, I gained 13 lbs when I was overseas. I think most of it has to be water retention, because I was only gone a week. I did eat…

My husband and I are both 6'1" and our three-year-old is already tall for her age. I was never into sports but had a coach hound me incessantly in high school to play basketball. I didn't want to and my parents did not encourage me at all--they wanted me to focus on academics. Our little girl is tall. The women in my…

I suspect that when I hit my weight target, I'll need a 30-inch band. 32 band sizes are easy to find on eBay and on the internet, although I know things are more expensive in Australia.

My ankles get skinnier when I lose weight.

I adore my Freya bras! I went to Dillard's to get fitted, and now buy my Freya bras on eBay. Don't get a minimizer bra! Just get a bra that fits!

I went from a respectable 32 C/D before the birth of my first child to a 32B afterwards. So I did what any self-respecting Texan does: I went to a surgeon and had restored what nature and child birth had torn asunder! I am now a 32F and have been as big as 32 G/H when I was at my heaviest. I am used to clothes not fitting…

I had my second child at age 40 and I want to be around to attend her kids' graduations some day! Some of the women I see who have kids in their 40s look like hell and I don't want to be one of them! I want people to be surprised by my age and I want to look good! I'm a tall woman, and I don't want to be a BIG and tall…

I went way over my calories today. I'm travelling for work and got some Indian food here in New York. It's not something I would normally do at home, but I'm not going to get worked up over it because I'm usually really far under for calories every day. Plus, I know I'm not likely to be as hungry tomorrow. I'll hit the…

No one ever believes you need to lose the weight you say you need to lose. So I don't tell people how much I want to lose. Problem solved! I've lost 25 pounds since last summer and I'm sure hardly anyone notices the difference.

It depends on the housework. I log mopping, vacuuming, sweeping and cleaning walls--things that are a bit more strenuous or cause me to sweat a little (I'm a vigorous cleaner!) I don't log laundry or washing dishes. For gardening, I did log when I was raking leaves, but probably would not for things like planting flowers.…

Absolutely! It's so unfair!

43, two kids, and hoping to be at goal by my 44th birthday in June. Feel free to add me.

101 minutes on the step machine.

You look awesome! Congrats!
-
An hour on the step mill, 30 minutes of house work, 30 minutes of raking leaves.

From my boobs to the tops of my knees. I've lost a bra cup size, which is great because I was bigger than I wanted to be. I've dropped pant sizes although sadly my butt has started to pancake.

I get my jeans from Old Navy and the Gap. Their sizes run large, which is great for the ego!

Usually a Weight Watchers Steamers and some extra veggies. Today it was peppercorn beef and extra broccoli. Also, a four-pack of Nutter Butters, which is my daily treat for the day.
-
Two, a 13-year-old boy and a three-year-old girl. Just finally finished losing the baby weight from #2!

Weigh early in the morning and do it stark naked. Make sure you pee and preferably poop before hand.

He is a loser. Dump him.

You look amazing!

I only keep a couple things in the larger sizes and bag up and donate the rest. Some things I can alter and do periodically. In fact, I need to purge my closet--haven't done it in a while.

The dryers at the health club were out of order so we had no clean, dry towels. I sweat all over the Stair Master and had to get paper towels to wipe down the machine.
-
Go to the gym and shoprite on the way home. Pick up some healthy takeout.

6'1" and get my jeans from Old Navy and the Gap--usually size 2 or 4.
