It definitely can be done angelbaby1980. I understand how life can bring you down. I kind of let my self fall in a rut and my highest weight was 230! I am now 138 today! You can do it because you took the initiative to stand up and say you want to make a change in your health and life.

I was hesitant to post but here it goes! I'm 5' 4 146lbs was at 139, stupid prednisone!! I can fit 5/6 and 8! Measurements 33.5-27-38.5 My goal is to weigh 125 wearing a size 2!
