When I make salad at home I try to do a tiny bit of oil, lots of vinegar, and lots of herbs/spices in the mix. I think that helps cut back on some of the bad stuff? But I couldn't agree more. Whenever I eat out and get salad it always ends up with TONS of blue cheese on top and candied walnuts etc.

Oh and for the dumbbells I am using 5 lb. It's a little heavy for some of the exercises and not heavy enough for others... what are other people doing?

Finished day 8 of this today! Didn't realize there were posts. I just started Level 2 today, and I thought the "hard" option was pretty touch even though I had no problem with Level 1 for the first week. I'm 141lb and fit a size 6/8 right now. When I was 125 I fit a size 2/4, and when I was 110 waaay back in the day I fit a size 1/2. I've always been a XS/S top, so I'm pretty sure I accumulate weight in my booty and legs.

I would love friends on my phone app! I have been doing the 30 day shred for one week with 3 lb lost, but I'd like to lose 15-20 more. I'm also 5'4. I'm not sure how to add people, so could yall add me? I'm going to have to figure out how to use this app tomorrow!
