The heavy breathing grunters in bootcamp drive me crazy. We are all doing the same exercise, yet that one guy feels the need to "OOOOOoooo Owwwwww UGHHH" Darth Vader breathing grunt during the duration of every interval. Distracting and annoying. THe things that bring you gym rage at 5AM... smirk.

Mine is open to my friends too. I too eat within 1500-2100 range and am losing steadily. Generally I eat clean though if I want something- I eat it with no guilt as I work out religeously every day and life is too be lived, people.

I have worn my heart rate monitor to numerous high energy ZUmba classes and clocked in 650-850 in an hr class. On MFP for diary purposes- I typically just log in 400. Same for bootcamp which I know burns WAY more than I typically log- again 400. I would rather UNDER estimate calories burned than over, which is EASILY done.…
