I usually have 2 glasses of wine a night (12oz total). I also have one cheat night a week. I'm only losing about a 1 pound a week...would probably lose 2 if not for the cheat night but I'd rather lose slowly and enjoy myself. Being a parent I need that night!!!

Name/ real name: Krystle Goal weight on oCTOBER 31st: 138 10/1: 143 10/8: 141 yay! At this rate I should be able to lose the 5lbs this month...maybe even more! :) 10/15: 141...BOO!!!!! I had one cheat day. First night away from the baby in 10 months. But c'mon...i worked sooo hard the rest of the time. Ugh....have to work…

My husband just bought me a fitbit, First time I wore it I lost it. I feel horrible...they are not cheap!! He said he would buy me another one but forget that. $100?? And if he buys me another one, now $200 invested.
