exercise actually raises bs and it comes down about two hours later. If exercising before bed be sure to eat light snack before turing in like and orange or apple something with 15-30 carbs so you wont bottome out.

I think its a good show from what I have seen yet I think they lose it unhealthy not healthy! Who loses that much weight without starvation?? only bypass people lol. Well Ill stick with my mini loses I will keep it off longer plus I am learning a new life style.

Insulin will not help you lose it will instead slow you down. Insulin helps us keep fat by helping us process our foods. Well it looks as if everyone of you are getting benefits from zumba guess the key thing is to be patient and stick to it. I will def keep this in mind and keep doing my zumba 4 days a week. I found that I have miscalculated my calories giving myself to many a day so I am hopeful that next week I will shed a pound or two.…
